DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

Delivery Information.

Dayfuel use Australia Post and other recognized general carriers. All orders are sent the same day if ordered before 11am excluding weekends. Saturday and Sunday orders are sent Monday.

Dayfuel uses Australia Post for international shipping, delivery costs will be confirmed on a case by case basis. Please be aware local taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Delivery times for Australia  vary from next day, to up to 12 days depending on your location, however in most cases delivery time is only two days. Depending on our chosen mode of delivery.

Refund & Returns Policy.

Dayfuel will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered. Dayfuel must be contacted via email within 2-3 days of receiving your order to validate return, please check your items on immediately receipt.

Items must be received back to Dayfuel within (7) seven days of the purchase date in the condition they originally arrived in to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

No refund or exchange will be given for:

  • Change of mind-please choose your items carefully
  • Products that have been open or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
  • Incorrect orders made by the recipient.

We work hard to comply with all provisions of Australian Consumer Law. Any unintentional deviations from these said provisions are purely accidental, and we commit to rectifying them immediately upon notice.
